Teamwork, one of the practices I've learned from the artisans I work with.
Every time a person finishes their individual tasks, they move on to whatever work is still pending. Specific titles and responsibilities are nonexistent. Opting instead for a model that is about collaboration and finishing the job as a team. I credit Carlos and Zoila (master hat artisans) for creating an environment that welcomes cooperation at this level 🙌🏼
