SHIPPING IS ON US! Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We will ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is received pending item availability and payment verification. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The shipping options outlined above does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If your items are to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at [email protected] for a quote.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We also offer FREE RETURNS!
But please do note - one of the traits of handcrafted items is that every item is unique, which means that not every piece is exactly the same. For this reason, you may find slight variations in sizes and colors.
We love all the hand-made pieces that make up this shop and we want you to love them too. If for some reason you are not loving your item/s, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return shipping label. Refunds will be approved for items that are in new/unworn condition. If it is determined that the item is not in new/unworn condition, the item will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
If you wish to exchange the item, we ask that you follow the return procedure listed above. Once your return has been approved and you received a refund for your purchase, you may initiate a new order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or experience an issue with quality, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item. We will happily work with you to correct any quality issues and/or damaged items.
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order that has been submitted, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel any orders that have not yet been shipped.
