PRODUCTION

Each fouta is hand-crafted in the city of Enfidha, Tunisia by a group of local women.  The cotton used on the fouta is sourced from local farms.  The women that weave the foutas take great pride in crafting pieces that use traditional production methods as well as organic components.  The artisans were excited to share how each fouta is an art piece that’s created with the intention of catching the interest and heart of each customer. 

DYES

The cotton is organically dyed with pomegranates, beats, rosemary, juniper, olive and mugwort tree branches.  Spices such as coriander, curcuma and turmeric are also used to dye the fibers.

CARE

Machine wash with cold water on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low heat. Colors do not bleed or fade with wash.
