ESTELA, HECTOR & FABIAN | PEGUCHE, ECUADOR
MASTER WEAVERS
The family owned and operated workshops where our blankets are made have been around for over 20 years. A craft that was passed down from the generation before them, Fabian, Estela & Hector have been weaving some of the softest Alpaca Blend Blankets in the region.

PROCESS
The Alpaca Blankets of Ecuador are made in a way that's unique from most of the places that make Alpaca Blankets.
The process starts with an Alpaca Wool blend that is woven and brushed repeatedly resulting in a silky soft finish.
WOOL
Alpaca is a unique type of wool that is arguably more sustainable than other types of wool.
Thanks to a partnership with Indigenous Shepherds from Peru, we're able to use authentic Alpaca Wool on our Blankets.
IMPACT
With over 20 years in business, Fabian, Hector, and Estela provide steady employment to over 5 families in their communities.
Everyone has access to healthcare and earns a living wave.
