SHIPPING

SHIPPING IS ON US!  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  We will ship all orders within 1-2 business days.  The options outlined above does not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or international shipping.  If your items are to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside of the US please send an email to hello@equaluprise.com with a list the items you're interested in purchasing and we will provide you a shipping quote.


RETURNS

RETURNS ARE ALSO ON US!  If for some reason you are not loving your Equal Uprise item/s, please head to the Returns page within 7 days of placing your order and follow the steps to process a return.  At this time we are unable to process refunds for international orders or sale/promotional items.  

Refunds will be approved for items that are in new/unworn condition and in their original packaging.  If it is determined that the item is not in new/unworn condition, the item will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.   Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.  Please allow up to 10 days to see the credit in your account.

***Disclaimer:  One of the traits of hand-crafted items is that every item is unique, which means that not every piece is exactly the same.  For this reason, you may find slight variations in sizes and/or colors.


EXCHANGES

Please head to our Returns page within 7 days of placing your order.  Click the link to request an exchange and follow the instructions.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the gift giver would have to initiate the return.


DAMAGED ITEMS  

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or experience an issue with quality, we ask that you contact us at hello@equaluprise.com within 7 days of receiving the item.  We will happily work with you to correct any quality issues and/or damaged items.  


CANCELING AN ORDER 

If you wish to cancel an order that has been submitted, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible at hello@equaluprise.com.   We will happily cancel any orders that have not yet been shipped.
